If you were recently at the Tolbooth's Strange Behaviours festival and you happened to catch some of our set, you would have noticed that, one; we have a new addition to the band in the form of Martin, and two; we have gone electric. (Although not completely!) Whilst the old Penny Plucker sound was a bouncy, swing affair, we're excited to be heading down this dark Americana road before us. After many a week locked away working on a new set list for the Tolbooth, on the 21st of November, we had the chance to share some new original work, and with it a different sound.

Of course, we haven't gotten rid of all of our old songs. In fact, this change has allowed us to reinvent some of our original material, whilst adding some songs that the new trio (Corry, Martin & Nikki) have created together. Debuting them at the Tolbooth which was an amazing experience. - Thank you to everyone who came along for the ride. It was certainly a nerve-wracking experience to play an almost entirely new set list in the main auditorium but we had a blast and thank the Tolbooth for the opportunity.

We recorded two of the new songs (The Poison & The Medicine and The Hangman's Priest) during a band practice. Whilst they were recorded on a phone, hopefully they can give you an idea of our new style. We hope you enjoy them. -You can listen to them here!

Most recently, we played Scottish Coffee Festival on the 29th November, where we very much enjoyed playing tunes and sipping lattes. Thank you Chris, the organiser, for having us on board. Next, we'll be at Slouch in Glasgow on Sunday the 7th of December, alongside some other local acts. Things kick off at 7pm. - Perhaps we'll see you there!

With excitement for the future,

The Precious Penny Pluckers.

PS. Collectively one of our favourite bands, the Handsome Family play the Tolbooth next year, which we're very excited about! You can buy tickets here.

Wow, we are blown away. Thank you so, so much for all the support. We had a whole lot of fun playing live on STV Glasgow's The Riverside Show and are so grateful to have had the experience. If you haven't watched the show yet, you can watch our performance of Not a Dollar here. It was truly amazing to get to play three of our own songs on television and we thank absolutely everyone who took the time to tune in and come along for the ride. - We can't believe the positive response we've had so far. A huge thank you to STV Glasgow for having us on the show!

The day before, we played Callander Jazz and Blues Festival which made for a wonderful afternoon. We were a tad nervous of dipping our toes into a local ticketed event so soon after carrying on as a duo but, full of hope, we caught the bus to Callander equipped with a set list peppered with new songs. - No pressure! It was an intimate affair, with no amplification, in the beautiful mini theatre within St Kessogs church. We were nervous. The audience were close. There were several people. No sooner were there more people. And more! Until...we had a full house. We'd sold out the venue! Now, we did not expect that at all. So thank you so very much to everyone who joined us. We hope you enjoyed our songs, new and old. The new additions to our set list include a song about a mean old man called Henry. He's a rich, greedy character and you'll most probably meet him at a gig in the near future! There's also 'A Thousand Reasons', the second slower song we played on the Riverside Show. We had such a wonderful time at the festival and we owe Graham, the festival organiser, a thank you for allowing us to be a part of it. Here's a picture of Nikki outside the venue:

PS. If you're in Callander and your belly is rumbling, head to Deli Ecosse. We had the most delicious lunch there!

So, we've had quite the week so far. What have we got planned for the next while?

We'll be at the Settle Inn every second Monday, so that's the 13th and 27th October this month. It's an open mic so do come say hello and bring your instruments if you play. - We love it when you do!

On the 2nd November, we'll be playing The Hideaway Cafe in the beautiful Bridge of Allan for a Great British Bake-Off themed charity event in aid of Speur-Ghlan and to celebrate the cafe's first birthday.

On the 21st November, we play the main stage at the Tolbooth for the Strange Behaviours festival. Check out the line-up; you really are spoiled for choice. We're thrilled to be involved! Since the festival is called 'Strange Behaviours', we've decided to mix things up with something new, if a little strange. Ten gold coins and you are granted admission. It looks set to be a great night, and weekend, of music!

The 29th November brings the Scottish Coffee Festival. We can't wait to play some tunes for coffee-loving Scots! And perhaps sip some lattes ourselves. The perfect opportunity to learn a coffee-themed tune. - We're particularly enjoying Rob Heron and the Teapad Orchestra's 'Drinking Coffee Rag' at the moment!

Phew...November is a busy month. And we can't wait!

Love and appreciation,

The Precious Penny Pluckers.

The times, they are a-changin'

The nature of music is that it evolves. And so, for us, things are changing. And as daunting as that can truly be, it's a genuinely exciting time for us and we can't wait to see what the future holds for us Penny Pluckers. You'll soon see what we mean, that's all we're going to say. We've had the most amazing year and we're going to keep doing what we do. Right now, we're working on some new material. Hopefully we can share it with you soon.

We're back at Stirling's Settle Inn every second Monday to run the open mic. (If you keep an eye on our Facebook page we regularly post the dates we'll be there.) We were there last night and had quite possibly the best night yet. With Spanish guitar and dancing! Every once in a while a night like that comes along and we count ourselves lucky to have been a part of it.

What do we have planned for the next wee while? On the 5th October, we'll be at Callander Jazz and Blues Fest. - Yes, Callander has a Jazz and Blues Festival! It sure would be lovely to see you there. You can find the programme here. What a line up! We can't wait to catch some performances ourselves and spend some time in the beautiful Callander.

The 6th October holds something really exciting for us which we'll share really very soon. We've been keeping quiet for quite some time now and it's killing us. All we'll say is that perhaps you would happen to see us if you were channel-hopping between the hours of 6.30 and 8.30pm that evening. And if you were to do so, perhaps your ears would hear something new. Oh, stop it...We've said too much!

With love and vigour,

The Precious Penny Pluckers

We're delighted to share with you the photos from our Birmingham New Street Train Station and Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery performances from the Birmingham Jazz and Blues Festival. It was amazing to play in such unique venues. We absolutely love the Art Gallery pictures; it really is the most beautiful place we've performed. And it was a delight to have the magnificent Bruce Adams join us with his trumpet!

Thank you, Merlin! We love them!

We are back!

3 days, 6 venues and 10 sets down and we are back in Stirling.

What an experience to have played the incredible Birmingham Jazz and Blues Festival. We'd just like to take this opportunity to thank Jim and everyone at Big Bear Music for having us on board.

This blog post is just a little journal of what we were up to in Birmingham for anyone who's interested.

On Friday 18th July, we got the train down. This meant a 6am start but we were extremely excited for what the weekend would bring. Rest in our hotel rooms? Nope, not us! - We had a gig at 5pm, just under an hour after our train pulled in and it was, coincidentally, in no other than Birmingham New Street Station. What a welcome to the city and a brilliant experience to play a gig in such a unique space. We have to hand it to the festival organisers for being inventive with venues and managing to keep the festival free for the most part. Here's a photo of us doing our thing in the station courtesy of Birmingham New Street Station's twitter page.

To the hotel, you say? Well, yes...To the hotel! But then...we had a gig in our hotel, which made for a lovely sit-down evening affair. It's great that we can experience a variety of different performances and Birmingham sure had us in many interesting environments. Here's a photo of our gig in the Broad Street Hampton by Hilton Hotel, courtesy of the official Birmingham Jazz and Blues Fest blog:

Saturday 19th July meant more gigs and, of course, in more beautiful venues. In the afternoon, we played at the stunning Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. Here's a little clip of Baby and Me filmed by Grace who works at the Museum. (Thank you, Grace!) Just look at those gorgeous surroundings! It was a pleasure to play in such a truly stunning venue. Legendary trumpet player Bruce Adams surprised us in popping along to provide some brass on two of our original songs. We've been craving a brass soloist for a while so it was amazing to play alongside such a talented trumpet player. Here's Bruce in action much to the surprise of an onlooker! (Photo courtesy of official Birmingham Jazz and Blues Fest blog.)

In the evening, we headed to the Wellington, which has such an impressive ale selection that the menu is digitalised and you order your ale not by name, but by number! Wow! We recommend if you love ale and are headed for Brum. This was a really fun place to play.

Sunday 20th July brought our final two gigs of the festival and our last full day in the city. We began in the afternoon with a gig at the City Tavern which very much reminded us of our local haunt, The Settle Inn. Friendly, welcoming bar staff and an enthusiastic audience made for a brilliant gig.

Our last gig led us to the Oobleck in the Custard Factory area of Digbeth. We played just outside a wonderful bar called 'Alfie Bird's.' The name is inspired by the inventor of powered custard, hence the creative Custard Factory it resides in. Alfie Bird's consists of four stunning floors with an abundance of quirky additions like a sliding bookcase and a retro red telephone box photo-booth. We couldn't resist sneaking in for some pictures. - Here's the result!

You can read a little more about our experience of Alfie Bird's here. We thoroughly recommend their pizzas; we had the Pulled Pork and Thai Chicken and they were delicious.

No sooner, had our time in Birmingham come to an end. As you can imagine we were busy running from gig to gig but we did manage to catch some music in our free time. We particularly enjoy The Remi Harris Trio. They did a magnificent gypsy jazz cover of The Beatles' Money Can't Buy Me Love. So much talent. And another trio to inspire us in our own music.

Birmingham is a terrific city; so modern and tall, with an abundance of incredible street art. Here's some interesting characters we discovered outside the Oobleck venue!

We had a wonderful time and everyone was so lovely and appreciative of our music. Thank you everyone who came to see us at any one of our gigs during the festival, whether you'd be meaning to or simply stumbled upon us. We do hope you enjoyed it! - Perhaps we'll cross paths again someday.

Oh, and if you have any photos or videos of us, feel free to send them our way.

Birmingham, I'm sure we'll be back!

Love,
The Precious Penny Pluckers

For anyone interested, you can find a list of the dates we play in Birmingham here. We're so incredibly excited. Also, we've some how managed to reach over 1,500 clicks on this blog since we started. Wow. Thanks for all the clicking!

Also, holy smokes, our soundcloud just surpassed 1,000 listens! You can have a listen to the original recordings we've acquired whilst working on our EP here.

Thank you!

Here's some photos from the Press Launch of the official 2014 Stirling Fringe programme at Stirling Castle. It was a beautiful day with the sun shining and we even played a quick tune or two at the castle whilst the cameras flashed. (Look out for us in the Stirling Observer!) Afterwards, we headed to Cowane's Hospital and played a quick set as the celebrations continued. Thanks to Stirling Fringe for the brilliant photos!

These cupcakes, made by the lovely John Cowane's Coffee House, were delicious!

You can check out the amazing jam-packed festival programme here. We'll be playing at the Fringe Sunday mini-festival on the 21st of September and we can't wait. See you there!

We had a blast! Thank you to Barry, and everyone at Stirling Fringe, for having us on board!

With love,

The Precious Penny Pluckers

Phew, we've been rushed off our feet. It's been seriously all go for the last little while! This post stands as a reflection of everything we've been up to recently and a little update for anyone who's interested.

A few weeks ago we closed the Sauchie Community Group's Commonwealth Games celebrations at the Oakwood Lounge. It was nice to venture that bit farther out of Stirling centre and into new territory with new faces, even if it was just a short train journey away. Thanks to Sauchie Community Group for the warm welcome and the tapping toes!

Also, we were really excited to play music for the Loving Food Truck's second pop-up restaurant at Cowane's Hospital. We'd been dreaming of playing at the Cowane's Hospital for such a long time, it's such a beautiful building. You can look at pictures of the venue here. Wonderful, I'm sure you'll agree! So, of course, we were thrilled to be invited to accompany Loving Food Truck's seriously delicious food. Thanks for having us, LFT! You can find the Loving Food Truck opposite Stirling Train Station on weekdays.

We're still beaming from Bannockburn Live at the weekend. It was an incredible experience to play our original songs at a local sell-out event and to be on the same stage as Karine Polwart and Rachel Sermanni, who are both very talented people; two people we aspire to musically. It was lovely to watch their performances and enjoy the day after out set. We are so grateful to have had this opportunity and owe huge thanks to everybody at Unique events who made us feel so welcome and ensured the day went smoothly. A huge thank you to Amy for having us on board! Also, thank you to the familiar friendly faces who popped along for our set; thank you Jim, Darren, Meghan, Matt, Fraser, Andrea and the 'Penny Plucker parents!' And finally, thank you to anyone who said extremely kind words afterwards. We really, really appreciate it. We're still on a high from the whole experience.

We've been up to some other awesome things within the past few days, including launching the Stirling Fringe 2014 programme. We'll do a proper blog post about that one soon. Lots of pictures were taken of us doing our thing up at the castle for the official press launch so we'll share them with you soon.

Next stop...Birmingham Jazz and Blues Fest!

Oh, and for those who have asked when we're next in Glasgow, 13th Note on the 3rd August!

See you there!

With love, and hope for the summer,

The Precious Penny Pluckers.

PS. Here's some pictures of Bannockburn Live. Thank you to Jim and Meghan for the first two.

Pinch us. Seriously. - Pinch us! We can't quite believe it. We're going to be on the same stage as Rachel Sermanni and Karine Polwart among others. This is such an incredibly exciting opportunity and we can't believe it. We're so very excited! If you click the link you'll be able to see us on the line-up. We really really can't believe it.

Pinch us.

Hello!
Do excuse the extended silence; we’ve been a busy bunch lately! It’s been gigs and busking and open-mic hosting for the last month, all juggled with exams and work. Not all that long ago we played Jungle Boogie at Mediterranea in aid of the World Land Trust. Victorian Trout Conspiracy headlined and tore the roof off Mediterranea! If you’re a ska fan, you should most definitely check these guys out. Their energy on stage is incredible and Mediterranea’s basement was packed full of happy dancing people. We had a blast! - That’s definitely the most exciting thing we’ve been involved with lately. Thanks to everyone who came along and supported!

We said we’d share summer plans as soon as we could and we’re delighted to share that we’re playing Bannockburn Live on the 28th June followed by a trip to Birmingham’s Jazz and Blue Fest from the 18th July. We can’t wait for both. It’s so exciting to be involved in a larger event so close to Stirling and we can’t wait to be involved. You should definitely check out the Bannockburn Live bill, there’s an incredible line-up and we’re thrilled to be a part of it. A quick Google search led us to the fact that there are just two stages and 10,000 tickets on sale for each day. Wow! As much as that’s a little bit scary, it’s definitely incredibly exciting! Collectively, we’re most excited about seeing Dougie Maclean, Rachel Sermanni and King Creosote. You can buy tickets for Bannockburn Live here. We spotted a poster in town and couldn't resist getting a picture!

We can’t wait for Birmingham! We’re going to fully embrace the festival, the city and the jazz! It’ll be great to see some great musicians during our stay. Above all, we can’t wait to share our music in a new city. The festival aims to incorporate interesting venues where possible. One of our gigs will be in the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery which is awesome. We owe a huge thank you to Jim from Big Bear Music for giving us this incredible opportunity. Thank you, Jim. - Birmingham, we shall see you in July!

The Loving Food Truck collaboration is a-coming. The date’s June 21st and the place Cowane’s Hospital. We’ve been dreaming of playing there for a while as it’s a really beautiful history-packed building, and we can’t wait to see what LFT have up their sleeves! We’re thrilled to be a part of Stirling’s second pop-up restaurant, especially with such a local foodie favourite.

You can also add the 14th of June to your diary as we’ll be playing in the Oakwood Lounge’s Commonwealth games festival closing night in Sauchie. We also look forward to a Glasgow gig in August and involvement with the Stirling Fringe in September. As always, we’ll be at the Settle Inn every second Monday.

So that’s what we’ve been up to, what we’re doing at the moment and also what we’ve got planned for the near future. We’ve said before that we’d love to make a concept album of some sort and that’s also something that will hopefully take shape soon.

Boy, are we excited for summer!

With love,

The Precious Penny Pluckers.

Hello!

It's always funny checking the blog and seeing clicks from certain places and our wee view count number going up. Sometimes it feels like the blog is playing tricks on us. We do hope that's not the case and that it's fairly accurate! We're grateful for anyone who takes the time to visit. Thank you!

Summer is a-coming and we're busy securing plans. We don't want to be too hasty in sharing, so as final confirmations come and dates approach, we'll fill you in. We're particularly excited about a big event close to home but also a couple of exciting prospects out of Stirling. Perhaps even out of Scotland. Oh, we really have said too much!

We were recently thrilled to celebrate Independent Record Store day at our local independent record store, Europa Music in Stirling. It was really special to get involved with something so local and to celebrate an awesome community in the heart of Stirling. We were delighted to see the lovely Loving Food Truck guys and look forward to an exciting event with them in May! (If this was a food blog, we'd be saying very good things. Their food is delicious!) We look forward to more involvement locally and can't wait to be a part of what Loving Food have up their sleeves.

Whilst we'll be at the Settle every second Monday hosting the open mic, we'll also be playing the marvellous Will Bell's Cave of Wonders at the Settle on Saturday 26th April. Things kick off around 9pm and the Cave of Wonders is always jam-packed with talented acts and makes for a great night. May's looking like a busy month for us, just click the gig tab on our Facebook or check the sidebar of the blog if you're interested in coming along for the ride! We just can't wait for the next few months.

Here's a photo of us just before our Record Store Day performance, alongside comedian Paul McDougall who's still telling some jokes. It was such a beautiful day.

We had a blast and it was so nice to see some familiar faces.
Thanks for having us, Europa!

Love and gratitude,
The Precious Penny Pluckers.

The sun is out. Summer is approaching.

We can think of no better time to share a quick update on what we've got planned for the coming months.

Firstly, a huge, huge thank you to everyone who has come along to the Settle open mic night when we've been hosting. Our last week was one of the best yet. A room full of happy, dancing people and some very talented acts taking to the mic will never fail to make us smile. Thank you to Barry and Marisa for their set. And to Chido for his wonderful spoken word piece!

Here's some upcoming dates:

We're extremely excited to be playing an Independent Record Store Day gig on 19th April at Europa Music in Stirling. We don't know the time as of yet, but when we do, it'll be on our Facebook page.

If you're hungry for more, there's Jungle Boogie on the 10th May and Scribblers Picnic the very next day. - Two events we're incredibly excited about and both in aid of such very worth causes. Do click the links and have a read. Also, we'll be playing a very interesting gig in a forest on the 17th May. How exciting! Details to be revealed soon...

There's still a few things we really are dying to tell you, but can't just yet.

As soon as we can, you best believe you'll be the first to know!

We hope the sun's shining where you are.

Yours,
The Precious Penny Pluckers

Here's a little footage of the Creative Stirling CIC Poetry Slam we played recently. Our song, Not a Dollar plays over the video! Thanks, AirTV!

We'll soon be sharing what we'll be up to over spring and summer!

Love,
The Precious Penny Pluckers.

Monday, 17 March 2014

Wow! So since our Glasgow gig, we've been back into the swing of things. - Busking, open mic hosting, a gig here, a gig there. After a few quiet weeks, our most recent open mic night had a variety of interesting acts. Some traditional folk music from George, a little bit of punk from Paul and some spoken word from Liam. It was lovely to meet some new faces and hear an interesting story or two, as well as listen to the performances themselves. The most exciting thing about hosting the open mic is the unexpectedness. - That we never know who could turn up. Our most interesting guest so far has definitely been Sydney rapper, Madame Wu, who payed a visit a few months back whilst in Stirling during her travels. Open mic-ing is definitely one of our favourite things to do as a band; be it hosting or playing. So a thank you to everyone who's come along to play!

Recently, we played the Creative Stirling Slam Poetry night. None of us had been to anything like that before so it was interesting to experience something new and to play at something a little bit different. We closed the night with a 30 minute set and it was great to hear the poetry beforehand. Something that never fails to make us smile at gigs is seeing a familiar face. It's nice to see the usual folks, but to see someone we met at a gig a while back and got chatting to is always equally lovely. (Thank you to Jim - who we originally met at our new years day gig - for coming along to the poetry slam!) Hopefully we get the chance to play similar creative and interesting events in the future. Here's a photo, taken by Paula from Creative Stirling, who caught us mid- sound check.

A few people have been asking about the EP. And the answer is that we really don't know. It'll just be a case of the right time and the right people. The soloists we'll have on board will shape the record and it's important that the end product is something we're proud of and that embodies our sound as a band. It's such a personal project and we really don't want to rush it or compromise on quality. That's not to say that we aren't working on other things in the meantime. We've got a few new original songs up our sleeves, which we haven't played live yet. And it looks like summer is going to be a busy time with the possibility of taking our music that bit farther and into new territory. (Although we can't share that news just now!) So we've got lots to be excited about. And, of course, we're excited to share it all with you.

Yours,

The Precious Penny Pluckers.

...And we're back in Stirling!

Wow! Amsterdam was a whirlwind of bicycles, canals and cafés. (Cafe Brecht being our favourite! It really is a beautiful city and we were so pleased to have spent a week there. It's a shame that we couldn't pack up our instruments for the trip because we really do love busking and it would have been great to bring our music to a new city. If anything, perhaps we'll return to Amsterdam in future. It would definitely be the perfect place to record an album!

Although...we did notice that there's a distinct lack of buskers in Amsterdam city! We saw just two buskers during our stay. One a guitarist. The other a double bassist with jazzy vocal styles. He was an interesting character and he sang Amazing Grace with such trembling, heartfelt vocals. So, whilst the buskers were scarce to be found, we still managed to find a little bit of jazz in Amsterdam! We also managed to get our hands on instruments. But only fleetingly, and in the form of an open mic night. Still, it made for a quick set and even more memories of our stay.

I, (Nikki!) was so excited to see my favourite band, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, on the night of my 22nd birthday. Whilst seeing a Dutch man crowd-surf on a foam surfboard made for a very mad time, I left inspired by the music. The 12-strong band have such a huge, ambitious sound and their energy and passion on stage is truly infectious. Most of all, they are so free when they perform and I think that's something we can aspire to as a band. I recently came across a Joseph Chilton Pearce quote which said that; 'To live a creative life we must lose our fear of being.' It definitely goes hand in hand with the idea of being free creatively and I hope that, this year, our music and lives can reflect this.

In terms of the EP, we're getting there! We're looking forward to meeting with a potential brass soloist soon and an accordion piece is hopefully in the works for one of our newer songs. The thought of new Penny Pluckers is definitely an exciting one and like-minded, passionate people can only bring good things. This month brings busking and working our way round all the Glasgow and Edinburgh open mic nights that we can. We'll also be headlining a poetry slam in March, details to be found here

Dream big,
The Penny Pluckers.

This post is an exciting one!

Whilst our recording trip to Skye seems like a while back now and we had no choice but to put the EP work to one side to prepare for our gigs over the festive period, we've finally had some time to bring things together and we're one step closer to the finished product. We now have the backing tracks and lead vocals finished, meaning that we can get creative with the songs and their sound. This means harmonies, guitar solos, brass, tambourine, hand claps, whatever we feel fits best! And, of course, we're so blessed to have a terrific sound engineer for a bassist.

It'll be a lot of fun and we can't wait to give the songs new life and to make them as exciting and fresh as possible. The track list of our EP at the moment goes as follows;

My House, Not a Dollar, Baby & Me, The Ballad of Poor Valsetta.

You can listen to demo versions of the songs here:

If you're wondering about the names or lyrics of the songs, our songs often have a story-telling nature. All of the above songs incorporate some idea of money or wealth but more recently we've been inspired by the sea. Perhaps, when we get round to making an album, it'll be a concept album!

So, the EP is coming. We're not setting any dates because, whilst we had an idea of a finish date at the start of the project, we really don't want to rush things and want to do the very best we can. It's very important to us and we'll be so pleased when we get to hold the record in our hands and have first listen because ultimately, it's a year of our lives, a year of writing and singing and gigging and travelling. A year together and the chance to discover our sound.

Be sure to pop down to The Curly Coo in Stirling on the 23rd of January for some music from us and Glasgow's Faktory on the 25th, we'll be playing a short set that night too!

See you on the other side of our trip to Amsterdam!

Yours,

The Precious Penny Pluckers

Happy New Year!

And a thank you to everyone who has appreciated our music over the year. We've particularly enjoyed working on some new material of our own and we look forward to what the new year has to bring. This year brought a new beginning, gigs at the Settle Inn, playing an Edinburgh fringe gig with The Gramophone Jass Band, hosting our first regular open mic night, a trip to Skye to record our EP and gigs in Stirling on both New Years Eve and New Years day. What a way to end the year!

Quite simply, we've had a blast. To end the year with a gig at the Settle Inn before watching the fireworks at Stirling castle when it struck midnight was perfect. Thanks to everyone who came along for the ride!

For us, this year is an exciting prospect and we just can't wait for what's to come. A gig at Stirling's new whiskey bar, the Curly Coo, is in the works for the 24th of January and we're confirmed for a half hour slot at Faktory in Glasgow's west end on the 25th. (Our first gig in Glasgow!) We're off holidaying in Amsterdam for a week on the 27th but don't think music won't be on our mind. - We're already scoping open mic nights in the city and trying our hardest to source instruments! The possibility of sharing our music with new people in a new city is so exciting.

Hopefully, this year will mean more travelling, festivals, busking, new original songs and a finished EP.

Happy New Year!

May precious pennies come to you all in abundance!
