Hello!

It's always funny checking the blog and seeing clicks from certain places and our wee view count number going up. Sometimes it feels like the blog is playing tricks on us. We do hope that's not the case and that it's fairly accurate! We're grateful for anyone who takes the time to visit. Thank you!

Summer is a-coming and we're busy securing plans. We don't want to be too hasty in sharing, so as final confirmations come and dates approach, we'll fill you in. We're particularly excited about a big event close to home but also a couple of exciting prospects out of Stirling. Perhaps even out of Scotland. Oh, we really have said too much!

We were recently thrilled to celebrate Independent Record Store day at our local independent record store, Europa Music in Stirling. It was really special to get involved with something so local and to celebrate an awesome community in the heart of Stirling. We were delighted to see the lovely Loving Food Truck guys and look forward to an exciting event with them in May! (If this was a food blog, we'd be saying very good things. Their food is delicious!) We look forward to more involvement locally and can't wait to be a part of what Loving Food have up their sleeves.

Whilst we'll be at the Settle every second Monday hosting the open mic, we'll also be playing the marvellous Will Bell's Cave of Wonders at the Settle on Saturday 26th April. Things kick off around 9pm and the Cave of Wonders is always jam-packed with talented acts and makes for a great night. May's looking like a busy month for us, just click the gig tab on our Facebook or check the sidebar of the blog if you're interested in coming along for the ride! We just can't wait for the next few months.

Here's a photo of us just before our Record Store Day performance, alongside comedian Paul McDougall who's still telling some jokes. It was such a beautiful day.

We had a blast and it was so nice to see some familiar faces.
Thanks for having us, Europa!

Love and gratitude,
The Precious Penny Pluckers.
